All the information requested must be provided by the customer and we can not be held responsible for errors in the information provided. We strongly recommend that you check the details of your order.
Online payments are processed via WorldPay/CardSave secure payment servers. UK customers can call to arrange payment by cheque although bears can not be shipped until payment has cleared.
We aim to ship bears within one day of receipt of your order.
Please be aware that as all bears are hand made, we do not carry a large stock. If your order does need to be made, we will contact you advising the estimated lead time.
Returns from within the UK
If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may return it to us, undamaged, within seven days of receipt for a full refund excluding the cost of the original carriage.
Please note that returns of undamaged items are made at your expense. In order for us to effect a full refund the item(s) must be received by us in a re-salable condition – we strongly advise you to re-use the original packaging and use a shipping method that provides a traceable service with the appropriate level of insurance.
Please do not return an item before advising us of your intention to do so.
If an item is damaged in transit we will replace it, whenever possible, free of charge or refund your payment.
