Little Fergus has been adopted and will be going to a wonderful new home to live with another WW1 Pocket Bear called Ernest.
This is little Fergus, he is over 100 years old and is a rare antique WW1 Farnell soldier sweetheart love token teddy bear. These little bears were given to soldiers to tuck into a top pocket, the little bear would gaze back out reminding them of their loved ones – the reason why these little bears always appear to look upwards.
Little Fergus has the most adorable little face full of wonder, in spite of all the things he must have seen throughout his long life. These days he enjoys relaxing in the garden! We absolutely love him.
He is in wonderful all original condition with beautiful glass eyes and measures just 3.5 inches/ 9cm. He comes with his little heart pendant and especially made trousers and knitted jumper.
