Little Digby is a sweet little Chad Valley teddy bear with an adorable expression, dating to 1940 he is a little titch of a bear measuring just 11 inches in height. He is rather a mischievous little bear who would love a new home for Christmas.
Digby is a five way jointed little bear and all of his joints move well. He has a light coverage of golden mohair with just slight thinning but is in very good strong condition. He has excellent eye sight as he has retained his original amber glass eyes.
Digby’s black stitched nose is original to him along with his mouth stitching. His paw pads are all covered in their original rexine covering and show some signs of age rubbing and surface wear but have no holes in any of them.
Little Digby is filled with a soft Kapok filling to his body and limbs, with wood wool to his head.
He is a really cute, all original little Chad Valley bear.
