Piglet a cute little 1940s vintage teddy bear

* The very cute Piglet will be available in a few months time as he would like to stay with us for a little longer while he models our new Christmas teddy bear jumpers (he loves being in front of the camera!).

Piglet is an adorable little bear (he reminds us of Piglet from Winnie The Pooh) who loves exploring. From the photos you can see he has been on an adventure in the village, something he has wanted to do since arriving here with us. On his adventure, he found the perfect little cottage and then went on to explore our local 12th century church were he climbed the gate to take a selfie – very photogenic Piglet!

On a more serious note, little Piglet is a very cute vintage bear dating to the 1940s and he stands a mini 10.5 inches in height.

He is four way jointed, his head is unjointed, and all of his joints move well. Piglet has a light covering of golden mohair which is very sparse on his arms, legs and head with a fairly good coverage to his body (we think he probably often wore a jumper).

Piglet is in good strong condition and is filled firmly throughout with woodwool. His paw pads have all be re-covered with wool felt and he has claw stitching which may have been replaced too. He has perfect eye sight with which appear to be replacement glass eyes.

Piglet is a totally adorable little bear with the cutest expression – we absolutely love him!

He comes with his newly knitted jumper.
