Pure Shetland wool teddy bear, Poppy
Size: 9in (23 cm)
The very cute Poppy comes from a traditional little village in the Highlands of Scotland where she helps her cousin Imogen in their tea shop specialising, of course, in different varieties of shortbread. When she is not busy baking her famous biscuits, she is another of our bears who loves country walking – hence the walking boots!
The temptation of shortbread can take it’s toll on a bear’s waistline so both Imogen and Poppy are all set for one of their regular long hikes exploring Loch Fyne where they love to spot sea otters and seals – Poppy comes fully dressed wearing her proper little walking boots, Aran woolly jumper, little tartan skirt and, of course, her very cute knitted bonnet. (All her clothes are removable.)
Being a wonderfully soft Shetland wool bear, I have chosen the naturally coloured fawn wool which complements the colours of her outfit. With an embroidered nose and gorgeous hand made glass eyes, this bear is seriously cute!
