Meet little Douglas, entirely hand made from creamy white naturally coloured pure North Ronaldsay wool. He is just pocket size measuring a little over 5 inches in height.
My cute little bears are hand knitted from the wool of just one of two flocks of North Ronaldsay sheep left on the remote Island of Auskerry. The sheep live mainly wild but are watched over by the Islanders who shear the sheep by hand the traditional way out in the fields! The wool for each of these little teddy bears is incredibly soft and fine and they come wearing their little hand knitted outfits to keep them snug and warm.
Little Douglas is not suitable for babies or children due to small parts (his eyes are glass and can be dangerous!)
