Arthur a hand made pocket size teddy bear knitted in pure North Ronaldsay wool

Little Arthur is a very special little bear being hand knitted in pure North Ronaldsay wool, one of the most endangered of our British rare breeds.
For Arthur I have used a mix of naturally coloured North Ronaldsay wool creating a warm grey shade with brown tones.
In fact, for each North Ronaldsay teddy bear, I always use the natural colour of each fleece which can range from white to dark grey and also browns and fawn. The fleece is excellent for hand spinning and has an almost double coat of softer under wool and coarser outer hairs, which can add more depth of colour to the yarn.
Adorable little Arthur measures just 5.5 inches, and he has a real hand made rustic appeal.
Arthur is hand made to order but please note that he has glass eyes so he is not suitable for babies and children due to these small parts!
