BEAR IN SPARER ROOM
Absolutely adorable Oliver is a little English vintage teddy bear dating to 1940 and is in wonderful, all original, condition.
He measures 14 inches in height and is a five way jointed bear with all of his joints moving well. Oliver has a good coverage of light golden mohair with a little overall thinning but is in very good strong condition. He has excellent eye sight as he has retained his original amber and black glass eyes.
Oliver’s black stitched nose and mouth stitching are typical of the adorable features of an English bear. His paw pads are all covered in their velveteen covering and show signs of age related surface wear. Filled with a soft Kapok filling to his body and limbs, with wood wool to his head, he is a wonderful bear in all original condition.

Little Jeremy is the sweetest little old bear! He has a wonderful expression which captures your heart – we love him! He dates to the 1930/1940s and is a small bear measuring just 12 inches in height and he has a slim, delicate build rather than being a heavier chunky bear.
He is a five way jointed little bear and all of his joints move well, except his left arm which is a little stiff these days with old bear rheumatics! Jeremy is rather bald, having received so many hugs during his life that his lovely golden mohair has been rubbed away from his face, arms and parts of his tummy – he has more on his back than front. His actual fabric is in good strong condition though and he shows no signs of any holes. Jeremy comes to you wearing his cosy knitted jumper, which he loves wearing, just to keep out any chills during the Winter months.
Jeremy has excellent eye sight having retained his original amber glass eyes. His nose and mouth stitching are original to him too.
His paw pads have been lovingly recovered long ago with wool felt, except for one which has a covering of fabric, and he retains most of his original claw stitching.
Little Jeremy is filled with a soft Kapok filling to his tummy and limbs, with wood wool to his head.
Sadly we have no idea of his original maker, however he is a bear of real character and so cute!
