Hand knitted from a mix of pure wool, alpaca and mohair to create his realistic colouring. I have made Frederick by using each of these three yarn types held together and knitted as one yarn. This is a great way to change colour giving subtle tones, in fact Frederick is made from eleven different colours.

For his colouring I have used black, rust, coral and creamy white and alpaca, with bronze, fawn and copper in different areas of his body. His tummy is white, cream and beige – there is so much detail here! Frederick’s ears are lined with fawn and white shades of mohair and his little tail is tipped with white.

Frederick is a lovely little fox with an adorable expression, he is beautifully tactile too (the fluffy mohair making him so soft and cuddly it’s difficult to put him down!) He measures approximately 9 inches and is a one of a kind little Fox.
