Little Rhubarb, who will brighten up any day with her colours, has been made from my bespoke hand dyed wool giving her a totally unique look. She is a little bear measuring just 5.5 inches and is knitted in shades of pink, lilac and purple.
Rhubarb is a one-of-a-kind little bear with hand made glass eyes and an adorable expression.
The hand dyed yarn I have used to make Rhubarb is individually blended to produce a unique palette of subtle shades creating a bear like no other! Using a mix of wool, silk and sometimes mohair, all absorbing the dyes differently results in varied shades of coloured yarn.
I then hand knitted her using my Pocket Bear pattern design and created her face using beautifully hand made German glass eyes and her nose carefully embroidered.
Just enough wool is used to create each bear ensuring that no two bears will ever have the same colour combination, making each one totally unique
