Rosie is a gorgeous bear dating to the 1940s and has the look and a Chad Valley bear.
She measures 14 inches in height and has a fairly sparse covering of her golden mohair with many bald patches which simply add huge character to her. She is in overall good strong condition.
Rosie is a five way jointed bear and all of her joints move well. She has perfect eye sight as she has retained her original amber glass eyes although one of these has a piece broken off and her original nose stitching also has some wear.
She is softly filled with Kapok to her body and limbs with wood wool to her head. Rosie’s original paw pads have been covered with wool felt and other than this, she is in all original condition.
Rosie is a sweet little vintage teddy bear with the most adorable expression and she comes to you wearing her beautiful dress.
