Delivery Information

We aim to ship bears within one day of receipt of your order.

Please be aware that as all bears are hand made, we do not carry a large stock. If your order does need to be made, we will contact you advising the estimated lead time.

As soon as we have shipped your order we will advise you of the tracking reference number (if appropriate) in order that you can track your item online.
